eztouch time set

I'm trying to set the date in my D06 via my 6" eztouch. I enter the register v7774 (D06 year) in the eztouch tag database. When I use a numeric entry object to set the year, the object won't recognize the tag as valid because it has read only attributes.

1. How do I change the attributes of addresses.
2. Is there an issue writing to the higher addresses, it seems to work if I write to a lower address ie.v3000?
3. Am I missing something, is there a better way to set T&D?
