FXON-3A Manual

I am currently undertaking a mammoth project (to me anyway!!) I am trying to control an inverter from this unit, I would be very appreciative if anybody could link me to a manual? also I could really do with seeing a bit of code that will enable me to use this unit? any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks,

Just near enough that I maybe could hear the warning sirens but far enough that I dont need to tape my windows up and stay inside when the balloon goes up

And I remember all tha name changes too - right back to ICI
