Hi guys,

I have a machine with a Compact Logix and a Factory View HMI display and I've been asked to see if it's possible to create a log of the alarms and possibly of product defects for statistical process control purposes.

I read the manual of FactoryView and it seems that it is possible to log diagnostic faults via ODBC to a Microsoft SQL server, but nothing about alarms.
Do any of you have experience in this?
