Hello guys

Iam planning to use L32E CPU and DeviceNet IO's. The question is, can I configure sucesfully DeviceNet network by using CPU's Ethernet port. I really do not want to buy RS232-DeviceNet converter or PCMCIA card for that job.

I always like to have a direct DeviceNet interface as well, in case I run into a circumstance when it's easiest to remove the scanner from the network to fix a logical connection problem. Of course, I get into weirder problems than most folks do.

Get all the EDS files for the 1769-SDN and 1769-L32E and it will work fine "drilling down" from EtherNet/IP or DF1 onto the DeviceNet network.

Thanks Ken

I can imagine the difference.
I work with PLC's only then when I have very good customer (rich one) and very interesting project (teaches me new things).
In all other cases I find someone else who works for me.
