Communications Panelview to Simatic 545

Guys, I have a client who wants to connect an AB Panelview 600 to a Texas Instrument 545-1106 CPU (rs232 port). Can this be done?.

I was using kepserver to connect to me first with the PC and where with panelview using the Kepserver enterprice but I could not.

I tested with kepserver placing driver to him TIWAY Host to Adapter.

there is another possibility of using another form to communicate among them.
