panelbuilder tutorials

Hello all, as stated in a previous post I am beginning to work with panelbuilder 32 and after reading lots of posts here over the past year or so it seems many of you are either instructors in the field or students, in which case it would be of great benefit to me if you would happen to have any lab projects that you as a student do to learn this or as an insturctor would suggest to a student. Hands on always seems to help me learn better but it helps to also know what to out my hands on first as in a structured course would do for you if you get my drift. So any help would be cool.
