The system is turloop,(Mitsubishi- MELSEC MEDOC) control of a turbine, and i need to understand at least what the logic is doin and so far no luck.( Ladder Logic available)

Post the code then, we all like to look at working programs. A turbine control sounds interesting.

Is the turloop controlling an ABB steam turbine by any chance?

yeah it is controlling a steam turbine, you are correct
