Panelview 550 Touch, Problem with configutation on printer/download port

Hello everybody, I'm try to download a program from my laptop (panelbuilder) to my new panelview 550 touch but i get error "the download port are using by the printer go to the Menu configuration and disable the printer" so, when i try to disable the printer on the panelview, it doesn't allow me because the "Port not installed", how can i solve this problem???

Sorry, no one responded ... What's your exact part number for the PV550? There are a lot of differences. Also, firmware level is important to know...

If the PanelView you are using has a part number like 2711-xxx2,
-xxx3, -xxx5, or -xxx9; this serial port is for printing only and cannot be reconfigured for upload/download.
