siemense 135u and fix 7.0 communication

i am using cp 525 for communication between fix 7.0 (fix 32) and 135 u.I am able to communicate.I am able to write data instantaniously but reding data is taking around 10 sec.data change is taking place at an interval of 10 sec.even if i changed 2 different values with a difference of 5 sec both values get updated after 10 sec only.I am using SIE ver6.02 driver.Poll rate in sie is 1 sec access time 10 sec, fix data base scan rate 0.5 sec. still status is same. please help me to get out of it.
