Hello Friends!
For RSView ME application i am facing some problems for Alarm buttons like, as in Alarm Setup i used Trigger Type as "Value" and all alarms are getting logged for Alarm History and Alarm Summary.
"Use Ack All Value" if unchecked "Current Ack" button Working fine but "Ack All " button is not working.
When "Use Ack All Value" checked and value "1" is assigned then neither "Ack All " nor "Current Ack" button is working.
Also Clear Alarm Banner button is working.
Can i know what else i should do to work "Current Ack", "Ack All" , Clear Alarm Banner buttons.
