RSView 32

Hi,
I try to install RSView 32 on my PC and it works without any problem, but when I try to do this on my laptop the process is fialed, knowing that I use windows XP on my PC, and windows XP home edition on my laptop. I don't know if any one face this problem and can help me.

what ver of rsview you are Installing on laptop for any Industrial software XP Pro should be ok. try to uninstall then Install

In the System Requirements page on the RSView32 product page it indicates Windows XP Professional and Windows 2000 Professional in the minimum requirements section.

That would seem to indicate that XP Home Edition does not meet the minimum software requirements.

Thank you rParaveenkum, and Operaghost, I think that the reason is as Operaghost say, that I need at least Windows XP Profissional to run the program.

Once saw an article on making xp home look like xp Pro, however the auther pointed to a german site & guess what it's all in german so if you can read german & find the site you could get it to work.

the way I found the article was using google & words like make xp home like pro
