Dear All,

I am ordering material for one of my projects.
I have one SLC 1747-L531 processor and one DH485 panelview in this project.
What cables do i require to connect processor to PV.
I will use ch0 for my programing laptop.i.e DF1 protocol for my prograaming Laptop

CH1 RJ45(DH485) for Panel view RJ45(DH 485).

DO I NEED 1761-NET-AIC in this case?
if i have to use 1761- NET-AIC then what cables should i use to coNnect 1761-NET-AIC to Panel view.

Also I believe it is possible to cofigure ch1 for DF1 communication and use DF1 communication Panel view.
If it is possible then what cable do i need to connect 8 pin mini din port (DF1)on panel view to CH1 RJ45 port on SLC processor.

I think it is possible to convert the communication protocol of panel view by Panel view firm transfer utility software.(converting a DH485 PV to DF1 protocol)
Fot this i will have to use RJ45 for DF1 protocol.what cable do i need in this case for communication to 1747-L531 processor.

Check out the downloads link above, Go into Allen Bradley and in there somewhere is an AB Cables Excel sheet.

Its very useful and you may find what you want.
