Hi all
Got a 10-slot SLC rack with a CNet scanner in slot 1 connected to 2 ACN adapters. CPU is a 5/05. System was working fine until we had a power outage (UPS was not installed). When power was restored and the system came back online, the scanner had a 21h error code:
- Configuration not valid

I re-downloaded the scanner config but now the error code is 22h:
- connections are configured but no connections are established

I spent over an hour on the phone to RA support trying to reset the module and to get the connections re-established and we got nowhere. The techy suggested replacing the module but guess what, Rockwell do not have a single 1747-SCN/R in Australia!!

Anything else I could try or is the module indeed stuffed?
