We Have a Modicon TSX P57253. Recently it fails frequently with TER ERR and I/O LED on steadily. In Failed state we could not able to communicate with it until we remove power and reset the reset switch. after performing this step it communicates with laptop, but by this time that fault vanishes. Could someone explain what causing the PLC to go fault and freezing the TERminal port.
