S5 to S7 Conversion

Dear All
Can anybody help me how to convert the S5 program to S7.I have tried it from Step 7 -----S5 converting file but there is error

Please help
Can i open the converted *.awi file in S7-200 PLC

there no screenshot attached. the convert-function is for s7/300 + s7/400. you can mail me the program
