ML1100 and XLReporter

I have several systems that use ML1100 and GE Fanuc Quickpanels talking via serial DF1. In addition, I am using XLReporter on a user PC conected via RSLinx OEM. I'm using "Event" based triggers to report appended line item data to a monthly workbook. When ever I'm on site, the packages seem to work fine. The event triggers occur about one an hour. After I leave a site, I get complaints a few days later that the package stops recording.

I've looked at the log files for both RSLinx and XLR and neither lead to any configuration issues. Maybe I need to change a setting in RSLinx and/or the Topic configuration to lend itself towards consist performance.

Looking for ideas!
