IP address

I have the IP addresses of the equipment on the system (control logix is what they are using) how do I pull the programs up so I can look at them or change them.

You have to use rslinx classical, preferable latest version, inside rslinx you have to configure your comm as ethernet or ethernet/ip the latter the better and easier.

When you get your pc hook to the plc you have to use rslogix 5k version depends on what version is inside your plc.
Then you can upload or download your programs.
