S5 PLC CPU replacement

I have to replace my CPU 6ES5-928-3UA12( RAM 64K 6ES5377-OAA32) with another card 6ES5-928-3UA12( EPROM 64K 6ES5376).
1. Is there any problem in replacement of RAM with EPROM?
2. any precautions required?
3. Is it better to replace EPROM with old RAM ?
