ML1100 Axis Cam Example

I have an application where I have two stepper motors being controlled from an AB ML1100. Each motor drive has a seperate PTO output to feed it (outputs 2 & 3) and I would be really grateful if anyone has an example bit of code I could use to CAM the two motors together?
