Generic devices: Check all connections, do not terminate your own RJ-45's, use a decent punchdown receptacle and commercial patch cords. Check power supplies.

How many tags are being always polled? (Open screens, Alarms, Historical, Event, Derived, etc)

POLLING RATE IS 2000 ms,nearabout 500 tags are used.

Quick estimate would be that you are trying to transfer about 40,000 bits per second. The ENI can't handle that.

Try changing the polling rate to something like 10,000 ms, and see if the bad quality messages go away (this is a test).
