Hello, I have a computer loaded with the new Interact X and i have data coming in from a modbus plus network via a bridge (momentum module).It works fine on our old setup with just interact 6.0, but i can't get the new computer to receive the data the programs are basiclly the same just upgraded software. Am I missing something?
 
Interact X is not just upgraded software, it is an entirely different animal from Interact. You can do a lot more with an Interact X device than an Interact/Machine Shop device.


That being said, have you set up the parameters for the CommServer?

When an Interact X device was spec'ed for a machine, the vendor strongly suggested taking the training for the software. CTC provides this for free.
