how to format MMC card

hi,
i want to format MMC card for PLC(CPU 315-2 PN/DP).
when i tried it by memory reset option,still MMC is not formated.
plz provide some information.

Hi!

If you want to delete the contes of a MMC you can do via:
1) PG or external prommer
2) Inserting it in a S7-300 and connecting to ths PLC. Then you connect to the S7 using PLC->DisplayAccesibleNodes. You can select all blocks and delecte then. Remeber SFC/SFB won't delete as they are in S7 FW.
