Is it possible to have two barcode scanner at the same time using SLC503 processor?,, how ,,,?

Yes it is. In fact it has been done many times using MuxiPort.

We do the same thing using devicenet.

The 1746-BAS module mentioned in another post has 2 COM ports. You may wish to try it.
