Modsoft connection unsuccesfl

Please, I face a headake three days now, with the communication from a laptop to a modicon TSX Quantum PLC. The modus communication is impossile and the message appears on the modsoft (984) is: "Timeout communication error...Error code 119". Doew anyone knows the interpretation of the error code?

I try to change the CPU (140CPU11303) with a igger one (140CPU11303) ut without any result.
