VB learning wibsite

Hi all,

I'm doing a project were I'm using a WinnCC rel 6.0 application that communicates on one side with a Siemens S7-300 over Industrial Ethernet and on the other side with a SQL 2000.
I'm used to work with Intouch and commuticating with an SQL Server is very simple. Now with WinCC I need to know basic Visual Basic functions. Does anyone knows were I can find a WEBsite were I can learn the Basics of VB.
Or does anyone knows another website for WinCC then the one of Siemens.
