Why my RSLogix 5 Pro change to standard version

Hi, everyone.
My RSLogix 5 has must been Professional version before. I often used the VBA and MS Excel to edit database.
But I don't why I cannot use these features now. They are all disabled.
What's wrong with my software, and how can I solve this problem?
