They got their own pg software and cable. They sell startkits where you get a LOGO, the software and cable with some documentation and stuff.

1-To program you will need Logo Soft Comfort, here is a demo version

2-The programming cable is with order number 6ED1057-1AA00-0BA0
also if your Logo! has a programming screen you can program it without cable.
