1756-L61 WallClock time incorrect

I have, on few occasions, had to correct the time in the CPU. Our power here will go out from time to time so the first thing I did was check the battery. The battery is good so any ideas or similar experiences as to why the cpu would not keep the correct time.
 
From the Rockwell Knowledgebase: Time of Day Clock Accuracy - Maximum variation at 20 degrees C is 3 min. 4 sec. per month. The other thing to consider is the setting for Daylight Saving Time.
 
I utilize a clock sync bit between a master controller and all the remote nodes. Currently I have 45 PLC's of various vintages. Of course, this was all put in place prior to the clock sync tool.
