Panel view plus 600

I have a PV+600 sat an operator powered off a machine and powered it up. For some reason blow a resistor on back of power board. I replace the board panel goes throw the boot/ start up diagnostis screen. Then goes blank. I installed a new PV+600 something screen just goes blank . No white box to go to conf: screen can get lap top to comm: wityh PV . Can someone. Help RR@RYOBI

Is this a 24VDC or 120VAC powered PanelView ?

I doubt that the power component smoked just for the fun of it; I would check carefully for overvoltage or power spike conditions.

There aren't any user-replaceable parts inside the PV+ 600; did you just replace a component on the power board, or did you get the terminal repaired by A-B ?

Yes there is 24vDc to the panel I would say for some reason the operator powered off and power it back on .It did get a power spike. But I did change the power board and put in two new panel views just had to change out the touch screen.but samething after the diagnostics screen it would go blank. last Tuesday I bouth another one and it was ok?? Do not know why the would not take the program or ask for the program to be installed.
