which is the best one ??

The best one for me is the one I already know how to use. That allows me to get the job done in a timely manner.

If the job at hand requires that I use a tool I don't know well, I want to know that I have available a local, knowledgeable person who can answer my questions and guide me along the learning curve.

Steve's response was excellent.

I'll echo his thoughts. There are many manufacturer products that will get the job done. For me when I choose it is based on what tool I am most comfortable with. Then it's largely a factor of support - both for software and hardware. The cost of the hardware is often a factor but should be balanced with availability and support.

I would suggest you seek out system integrators in your area for recommendations. They will know what works well in your location - what can be supported and what is readily available.
