Simple device to add a ramp to an analog signal?

Does anyone know of a simple, inexpensive, preferably DIN rail mounted device that will add a ramp to an analog signal.

I'm envisioning something with a pot that will allow the ramp to be adjusted.

I know it can be down through a PLC but looking for something simpler.
