wago LON/modbus gateway

I am new in PLC programming, and I have one problem.
I hve to make LON/modbus gateway from wago LON plc(750-819)with RS485 card.
I must pick up registers from MODBUS device PM300(powermeter from Schnider) with PLC.
My problem is, I do not know make program in wago plc which do it.
