Manufacturer of NTCP63 PLC

I am looking to identify the manufacturer of the NTCP63 PLC.

and find out if there is programming software available .

NTCP63 is marked on the CPU. It is in a lavatec Industrial washing machine

I have problems with the machine recipes being randomly dumped
The Lithium battery measures OK , have new one on order as precaution
Just a standard easily accessible AA Lithium.

I am not sure if recipes held in PLC or the HMI at this stage.
No info.
