Is there a solution to make an AB 1756 chassis (rack) a DeviceNet slave on a DeviceNet network?

The 1756-DNB appears to be 'only a scanner'.

None of the large chassis-based I/O platforms (1756, 1747, 1771) from Allen-Bradley have an Adapter mode on DeviceNet.

Two of the small distributed I/O platforms do; 1769 Compact I/O, and 1734 POINT I/O.

The 1756-DNB can be a slave device, but it needs a controller to exchange data with; it cannot directly bridge CIP connections to other 1756 I/O modules.
