Proficy Machine Edition for Vista

Yes there is, I believe it started Vista support at Version 5.50 SP1, or there about. That was about 1 year ago. The current version is 6.00, Version 6.50 is currently due in July 2010, with Windows 7 support.
 
Sorry, I should have looked instead of relying on my "old" memory:
It is 5.80 plus the latest updates for 5.80.
