which drives do u think is the best for each of the below application?
a. pump
b. exhaust fans
c. stacking and destacking device
d. conveyors
e. nutrunners

YOur question is so open ended with so many possibilities that it would take a crystal ball with liquid nitrogen cooling to get the answers.

Bah... If you've got nutrunners, you must have nuts.
If you have nuts, there are probably hungry squirrels around.
Put the squirrels in wheel-cages, attach a belt.

Squirrel Cage Motor is the answer.
