slc and panelview RIO system

if I want to send a value of N file to slc. after I set a block trans. on panelwiev. how slc get this value. because slc hasn't Block trans instruction to receive this value?
 
You have almost answered your own question....

...the SLC needs a BTR instruction to receive the data from the PanelView BTR data-block.
