Automation Direct DL06 with F0-04 THM

I have a Automation Direct DL06 with F0-04 THM card reading temperatures at four different locations. I have followed the logic example in the manual verbatum and can see all four inputs in the control logic. The problem I am having is the temperatures all change together..i.e. all four temps raise and fall together when only one is being manipulated.

Any Ideas???

My first guess would be that you aren't indexing the address data for each input.

Which page in the d0optionsm.pdf manual are you using for your logic?

A couple of those samples are only enabled on first scan.

But doesn't the information get loaded after the first scan and remain there?

OK here ya go.

Just thinking here...there would not be a wiring issue here would it? The +'s and -'s are all correct. I have the - terminals all jumped together as per the wiring diagram. Is there anything else?

How about PID auto transfer to module?

Also unplug your HMI and see if it still exhibits the issue.

Unplugging the HMI did not help.

This is not the first one of these I have programmed this exact same way, just the first time with this problem.

This is a good one. I can't say that I have ran across this particular problem either. I think you might have a bad module.

Based on the given information and PLC project, I would concur with icky812. Especially, considering that icky812 is employed by AD.

I happened to have another f0-04 thm thermocouple card and have already swapped them out to discover the same problem.

Is the CJC (LM35) connected properly to the terminal strip?
