Is that a new panel ? It does not exist on Siemens Mall.
If not, then post the entire type number of the panel.

The K-TP178 is available for the Asian market only,
K-TP178micro 6AV6 640-0DA11-0AX0

Can be programed with WinCCFlexible 2004 SP1.
(with Asian language install).

I see. It looks like it is aimed at S7-200 and has an RS485 port. My guess is that it needs to be programmed with the PPI cable. But only guessing.
