WAG..[If I understand] Do you or did you have dual screens when working with this last? Maybe the windows is being displayed on the screen that isn't there..If this is the case there is a way to force everything to one screen but I don't remember what it is.

The laptop I'm working with was at one time using dual screens. So I decide to install the second back to the laptop, but I still can not see that Connection Screen.
I'm not sure how to force this back to one screen...
