Step 7 install loop

Im trying to install Step 7 on xp-sp3 and when I try to run it, it says please wait while it configures. It asks for connection type, then says pc must be rebooted. If you say yes or no, it goes back to configuring again.

This is the problem of windows software.not the s7 software problem. you have to format the windows xp.
