I can help with information:

I have a quick panel QPJ2D100S2P JR my problem is I can not upload the program

I tried with 3.70 sp4 designer quick and shows me "uploader failed to start"

also with the pro-face GP-PROIII and shows me "No upload GP Information in Data File"

I have the GPW-CB02 cable, I could do with the GP-GP PROIII version is GP270S and display lists

I'm doing wrong?
shows the cable connection but is correct?
some other software to download this data?

Most likely, the person who wrote the Quick Panel application chose not to include the source files when he downloaded. Like it or not, that's a feature the the Quick Panel provides to allow an OEM to protect their intellectual property. If that is the case, there is no way to upload from the QP.
