Hello Steve I have a 1500 cutter hammer panel made that loose the password. I uploaded the file in my computer but when I tried to download to the Panel made I have the following error expansion option is not installed on operation station. Do you have any idea why I am not able to download thought the transfer utility?

There are two default passwords in a PanelMate. I would try them first. I don't remember for sure what they are, but it might be as simple as "0000" for password A and "1111" for password B.
The error message suggests that the application you're trying to download includes an add-on module for communications and the module isn't actually present (or has failed) on the PanelMate.
