Demo case for drives

We are planning to construct a demo case for drives
(Siemens S120). There will be very small servo motors
connected to the drives. I would be great to have something
to variate the load on the motor.
Coupling two motors with eachother would be one solution but
wondered if there exist some eletronic braking system that can be regulated in force.
All suggestions welcome.
