WinCC Project not started

dear all i duplicate a project from WinCC V7 "HMI 1" to HMI 2, and duplication was successfully done, but when i tried to open the duplicated project i got this message ("can't open / creat WinCC Project - Project manager basis aplication XRGF")

and the project was not open

can someone help me please :eek:
