exporting event summary to csv file

I am having a problem implementing the deleteAll method in a script to delete event summary. Can anyone help me?
The format that I am using in the script is "int EventSummary01.deleteAll (int Msg_State,int Disp_State);".
EventSummary01 is the name of the project's event summary that I want to delete. When I validate the script I am getting a syntax error.
