s7 200

Now i configured my s7 200..... in my program i have to get some signals from another plc.. so can u tell how to perform the profibus communication between the plc's.... i found it for 300 but cant in 200 .... so pl guide me

An S7-200 can only be used a Profibus Slave, It can not be used as a Profibus Mater. You can use PPI or Modbus to talk between 2 S7-200

can anyone have the guide to analog programming of s7200 224xp
and if anyone have idea of oprands of s7200 then plz share

For analog program u need "SCALE" library

c the attached library file & Use itr function.

Profibus slave only by using a em277 module not by local ports

but right, s7-200 to s7-200 comm is only thru PPI Siemens Protocol or building a modbus RTU Master slave small network...
Or maybe by adding an expensive ethernet module on each but it is probably better cost efficient to discard s7-200 and use newer s71200 in this case with the built in ethernet port...
