We are currently engaged in project in which we are installing a new application in RS View SE (CPR 7)(SE Distributed)Scada System which is running on HMI server.It was added to an existing application(SE Distributed) under a new area designated for our application.Our client is running on another server called Terminal Server.
After giving alarm off command through command line for creating new HMI alarm tags online, we then gave accept alarm edits and alarm on command when our HMI alarm tags were done.However we encountered an error "Alarm on command could not be executed because of pending alarm off command". Finally we restarted the HMI server and we got the alarms running ,however now we encountered a new problem.The HMI Alarm Summary page was coming blank in client.Please note that rest of existing clients connected to HMI server are working fine.
Any one encountered this problem before?Please Help
