Profibus PA problem

Hi All,

I have a system that i have been asked to commission.
it includes the following cpu 315-2dp CP352-5 im1553 nad 1m157

The PA side of the netwok in not working. whrn i run the diagnostic n the cp342-5 i can see the dp/pa coupler (im157) but the instrumrnt has a red x on it. the message device is present but has a problem. Both im153 and im157 ACT leds are off the BF2 led is flashing red.

can anyone help
