UniOP eTOP 315 download

Hi!

I have a new UniOP eTOP315.

IP address is setting, in a gruop with my notebook. But i can not download, ping. (Firewall is off)
What may problem?

Or would somebody send serial programming cable diagram? eTOP315 has 9P connector, on UniOP web is cable with 15P connector.
